• Offers: each pick pins a future block hash that seeds your next offer — signed before the block exists, so neither player (nor the node) can fish for items, and both browsers derive identical offers.
• Combat: a pure deterministic simulation of the two builds — no dice at fight time, both browsers compute the same winner. The loser concedes; a draw refunds by mutual agreement.
• Stall or dispute: after the move deadline either player claims a refund. Concede / agree / refund are the only outcomes — no one can ever be robbed. The contract is upgradable.
